Reach camp at around 630 and slack around waiting for my buddy daryl. After tat went for breakfast. Today was quite fulfilling as we went for a hard workout and both of us train our abs hard so hard tat it ache when we laugh. Anyway we had a plan to train for standard charter marathon from now til 2dec follow by training for IPPT which we intend to obtain gold hopefully for our 2nd work year. Anyway we plan to work hard on our abs every mon,wed and friday, hopefully result will be seen soon. =) Anyway work had been fun lately with both of us playing detectives and training hard. Going for 1 time siong boatshed run 2molo when time permit!

Been sometime since i update my blog was quite busy. Will give a summary of wat happen throughout the month.
16 Oct
Went for a swim at a condo nxt to nee soon camp. After tat went to liquid cafe for a meal. Anyway the food was quite alright only not very nice but not very bad too.
17 Oct
I went to cover yet anther lifeguard on 17 oct last wed at tekong. Was fun going back there maybe due to a change in status. Going as a recruit and going as a commander felt very different. Anyway tis is the first time i cover lifeguard under a hot sun, normally it will either rain or drizzle. Anyway the whole thing last quite long as the cadet was quite inefficient. wasted my whole day.

Walk from sengkang to hougang mall. Took about 30mins. Not that we dun have money to take a cab or bus but bcuz we juz wanted to walk there. Anyway we had ice cream there and was quite nice but the latte frappes sux was very bitter so end up she finish all.

Went for my 2nd year ATP shoot at PLC. The school's stand is that those who fail to get marksman will return the next day for another shoot, until they get the marksmen. However the subsequent shot will not have any monetary award and u only get to put the badge which is like so lame. Day shoot was quite suxy for me as i only get 10 out 16! which mean i had to get full mark for night shoot as marksmen mean 22 out 28 shoot. Anyway my night shoot i get 11/12!!! OMG 1 more from marksmen. Anyway as a pti i dun tink shooting is impt for my vocation so the nxt day i decide not to go =>

Ok kinda of late since today is already 11 sept. Went to jojo bdae and was quite surprise to see quite a big turn out. Food was nice but bcuz majority of the turnout are her relative so was quite paiseh. Anyway was quite well plan and i tink is not she plan cuz she like everything dunno =) anyway as usual like the pic do the talking!
