29 sept - cool dip

Went back camp at 4plus cuz had to help out Hotel wing for their cooldip as lifeguard. Anyway at first i didn't want to enter teh water but one of the female cadet dun dare to enter and say cuz the lifeguard not in the water wait she jump already she will die. than i was like wth! than lta who got BM cert also go in to help. End up both of us was in the water. So much for being life guard trained. Anyway when we went in, she still dun wan jump keep hesitating. After like 15min she finally jump.

Since i am like wet, i decide to juz stay inside the water. Anyway another of the female cadet start to cry once she reach teh top. Sk tried to calm her and make her jump but she die die dun wan. Keep crying and crying while we keep thread and thread in the water. After 30-45min pass she finally jump. And she is a Mids cadet so imagine how many more combat jump she is goin to jump!! and how much suffering we going to get.

Anyway the first female cadet wanted to jump again to conquer her fear pluz she promise the 2nd female cadet tat if she jump, she will jump again. And u noe wat for the nxt 1hr++++++, dunno til when, she was standing on top. The officer persuade her, jump to boost her courage. and some cpt even jump in polo tee with vest and boot. And tat she still stand there. Anyway we were running out of time so we juz rush to the gym for our lesson while hte rest help to make her jump.

Wat an exciting day! saw cadet tat cannot make it, swim abit also cannot, saw cadet shiver on top, saw cadet tat cry and cadet tat can stand so top for so long!

Going to jo's bdae chalet later. Will bring cam to take some pic!

28 Sept - JB vacation

Wake up at around 12 to realise no food at home therefore had to eat maggie mee! after my meal i went pick up her and off we went to woodlands to pick up the rest. Traffic jam at sg custom due to all the lorry going into jb.

Anyway i am so scare of JB traffic cuz they are mad and the bikers juz zoom around like nobody business.


First stop is Holiday plaza! We park at a nearby hotel cuz they say its safer and i had to pack in such a way tat ppl cannot tow the car away. Anyway pris was nice to bring a steering wheel lock which she dunno how to use! we figure for very long and in the end we still dunno how. We juz put it on the steering wheel so ppl thought we locked it.

we went there to buy dvd and eat some light snack. Turn out alot of them haven had lunch so we should come in earlier to eat and than i dun have to eat maggie! ~_~ After tat we went to Jusco which pris say is a shopping center tat look like suntec. Long journey with jam and poor traffic behaviour by the local. Anyway we sort of lose the way and had to go super far b4 we can u-turn back. When we reach Jusco, pris keep saying sorry for giving me the wrong direction. I tink she thought i angry with her for tat but actually is i abit tired. Around 1 hr of driving under poor traffic condition, of cuz shag plus along the way a stupid bike nearly hit my car so was quite dulan with tat. So not angry with u at all =) Sorry if my face is black, can't help it when i drive for long =)

Anyway Jusco was really big and there were alot of resturant like manhatten, stonegrill and alot others. All the price were like singapore's except is in RM. YuP, so imagine a fish'chip at manhatten is 16+ meaning is only 7+ sgd! so cheap. Than we went inside a breadshop whereby the mini donut is also cheap! 10 for 1.20 RM! so cheap so i buy 2 pack cuz it look nice =)

Anyway we walk the whole mall, nothing much unless u really intend to buy something. Wl went the supermarket buy veggie which she say is cheap while yl went topshop. Anyway parking is free and i feel quite safe parking there so was quite nice.

Went dinner at Sentosa there, we order alot of items like butter clayfish, cereal prawn, sambal kangkong, sweet sour pork, sting ray, chee cheong fan, guo tie and fried oyster egg. So much food with 1 big cup of sugar cane each, and each of us only pay less than $15. so well worth the money!

27 Sept - Exercise Navex

Went for delta wing navex at seletar camp. Rain very heavily in the morning and everywhere was wet. Mit up with the rest of the instructors at the training shed. Saw nelson sec sch mate which i forget the name. Nice of him to talk to me cuz he tink i quite bored since i dunno delta well and they were busy preparing for the costal exercise.

Cat 1 end at 930 thus the cadet start to carry the boat out of the boatshed. Anyway the boatride was quite fun and as i am performing the lifeguard duty therefore i am onboard the safety boat 1 with cpt wallace. He was very funny cuz he nv done the exercise when he was a cadet so he dunno anything and yet he is the conducting. Anyway the scenery was nice and along the way we pass by punggol marina and punggol end. Anyway coney island was quite small so basically like a piece of land on water.

No sun and nothing for the whole day, only rain and more rain. Drizzle for the whole day and afternoon worse heavy downpour! cat 1 again. Arg! exercise was postpone and everybody need to go under the forest to take shelter. And yes i was wearing short and singlet with gotex jacket, so imagine i go into the forest~!! buffet for all the mosquito and sandfly!

Anyway rain was super long and it was super cold. And during the rain, wallace come and give me 1 packet of combat ration! i was like wth? wat is this? so familiar! than he tell me nv indent fresh ration for the wing so all have to eat combat so sorry! -_-|||

Anyway lucky, the SCE boatman pc was very nice, he count the lifeguard and medic in and collect fresh ration for us! super heng and super shiok to eat hot food when its cold =) THx! boatman pc.

Exercise wrap up at around 11+ and when packing up due to boredom, i start throwing lightstick-stuff-into-waterbottle into the sea. very nice cuz they will float like jellyfish and at nite was nice =)

Going JB 2molo! YES deserve the break!

23 Sept

Accompany yanling to suntec for shopping. She wanted to buy something from topshop i tink. Anyway went to marina square for our dinner. After tat went to the nearby esplanade for a walk. There were alot of people having pinic there next to the river.
Anyway the scenery was quite nice with all the lighting and music around the area.

We walk all the way to the merlion park and there were alot of tourist nearby. Anyway it was a cool area to be and i tink its my first or maybe second time there. Never noe there was such a nice place in singapore.

19 Sept

The sky seem clearer with everything spell out. Seem tat i have thrown a big burden off myself. Let hope thing will get better between me and him. Sorry for not telling u at first, juz find that its hard to spell things out by sms or phone. Fully understand the feeling of like being betray but the truth is i dun wan to hide juz tat i hope to clear thing out face to face like today. Anyway alls well end well i hope.

Went bowling with cheong at SP guild house, turn out today is my lucky day! Get my personal best of 175! Yup might not seem very good to the pro out there but its sheer hard work with 4 strike and a few spare! And the result was very encouraging, seem tat my passion for bowling is coming back! Anyway i win 1 bottle of drink and 1 dessert from cheong bcuz of bowling! Thx cheong

As time was still early, we carry on with pool. Cheong work in OCBC and bcuz there got pool table for staff thus his pool skill is somewhere there. First round the warm up round i lose him and he start to coach me. The official game start but i still lose him cuz my aiming all off target. Anyway as the game goes on i start to pick up fast and in the end i win him! 4 - 1! of cuz i win him 4 and bcuz of tis he lose to me half a meal in the evening!

Met jh and dennis at clementi central for dinner. We had a herbal steamboat dinner which was nice and well worth it. I ate it once at kovan b4. After tat jh suggest tat we go bowling tink he hunger for it after hearing me and cheong talking about it.

Went back SP guild house again but there is a bowling competition going on so we cannot play. Decide to play pool instead. And cheong suggest playing money. Since we got 2 table the winner will play with the other winner and the loser will play with the other loser. Overall loser will pay the overall winner $2.

End of the day, dennis win all i tink. $6 if not wrong. jh and cheong pay him! and YES! i nv lose. Thx god!

2molo is my off day hope will enjoy it. Anyway nxt wk will be busy with A,S,T,G and mids wings having new intake of 600 cadets! ya the biggest intake ever and there will 5 cool dip! Muhahaha time to whack the new cadets =) And thurs i will being attached to D wing most likely for exercise navex as lifeguard + safety instructor. Need to bring super duper lots of sun block cuz will be under the sun for 12 hr!

Yeah finish 8km. Even though is really a short run but still an accomplishment cuz its my first run after i sprain my leg. Anyway during the run still feel abit pain but i still push on. Endure and Excel =>

Anyway after the run,me and fulvia intended to have a good meal to reward ourselves for the hardwork =) We wanted to eat porriage buffet at Amk but the place only start at 4 so bo bian muz go hawker to eat. ful eat ba chor mee and i eat curry chicken noodle. Both of us was like sian ttm cuz not rewarding and the meal was like very normal.

Anyway fulvia want to take part in Standard charter nxt yr so she will be training hard i tink =) Let hope nothing goes wrong for me in tis yr marathon

16 Sept

Went Waraku to had dinner. Overall ambiance was quite nice and price was quite affordable. Serving was also big and the taste was of standard. Anyway we had to wait for like 30min b4 we get a table but the wait was quite worth it.

After tat we went clarke quay to wait around and was quite a coincident that the mid autumn festival lighting was going on so there were alot of giant lantern and lighting around the street.


Next stop is chinatown. First we collect teh cake for Alvin's bdae. Anyway Chinatown was worse. Same as clarke quay the lighting of the street was taking place so road was closed and we had to walk quite a distance to cross the street. Reached there first the rest were late.

Anyway its the first time i see pris's bf. Quite an enjoyable even though if the ktv session is more than 3hr will be better cuz we go at 10 and the session end at 1. =) too used to long hour of ktv =)

15 Sept - Nelson after his bdae

Went to nelson bdae chalet. Not much of the poly gang turn out. only weiling,josephine,pinle , cheong and sandra turn out. The 3 of us reach there the earliest at 7 and we decide to give nelson an ang bao as money since to be the most pratical gift for him. At first we intend to buy voucher for him but tink he will not noe wat to buy and might end up buying thing for the sake of using up the voucher.

Anyway it was a bbq chalet so everything was uncooked and we were very hungry =0 After mok and gang set up the fire, they were nice to cook for us. => Yes! as wat i wanted food without me dirtying myself => haha actually is bcuz they were dirty after settin up the fire and therefore they decide to juz cook as well and they were staying over so abit dirty doesn't matter to them.

Anyway nelson the best! he bbq everything for us from chicken wing to satay and he cook alot for us like feeding pig=) Think he is pretty touch we were there for his bdae tat y he cook for us out of appreciation and we appreciate his cooking by eating all! All together i tink i eat 8-10 chicken wing cuz nelson keep refilling for us and we dun wan to waste =) The 3 of us also finish like half the fried rice cuz it was left there right infront of us and we juz keep helping ourselves to it.

Overall its was pretty enjoyable especially after cheong and sandra came forming a mini gathering to noe each other current life now.

Weiling will be going to india soon to work. Her job was kind of fun since she can fly around to see the world even thought it was only for a few day.

Josephine juz get her result. Even thought it was not very good, she kinda of noe wat she wan and i tink she will study harder and stop part timing.

Pinle still slacking around as a medic in commando. Tink he quite enjoy his life. A slack life but a commando =)

Cheong had passed all his test so he had been sent to toa payoh branch to start his work. Tink he live this job well since he had been talking about it the whole night.

14 SepT

Today is nelson bdae chalet! Dunno why only me jojo and pinle going out of the poly gang, maybe all busy. Anyway will be meeting jojo later to buy present in the early evening to buy present for him. hear tat its a bbq so hope somebody will be cooking => cuz i dun wan to dirty myself =D hahaha

ANyway sun is the run, hope my leg can recover in time for it.Cuz til now when i run or exert too much pressure, i still feel abit pain. If things dun work out i tink i will run 4km incase i make the condition worse.

And i have join the standard charter marathon. Dunno how come i got the courage to join especially after goin through the Army half marathon. Anyway tink i juz have to train harder if i really wan to complete 42km of tough work!

Feel damn disappointed at my frens. Seem that they only ask me when they need my help. Hate this feeling. Done so much yet get back all this shit. Maybe i am juz too nice tat why ppl like to make use of me?

3 day of mc

Stay at home cuz leg still not fully recovered yet. My bro was nice to buy donut for us =) At night went play mahjong, lose $15 but not bad already since lose less = win =)
After tat went kovan there to eat the tim sum. Not bad nv really noe tat the food there was nice and not very expensive.







Do we alway get back what we deserved? Or are we expecting too much?

6 sept

Day 2 of MC

Ah whole day was spend at home. I ask my mum to cook bee hoon so i can keep eating when i hungry => anyway slp quite long the whole day. Other than slping , i was like eatin. this is so bad, i am goin to grow fat!

Anyway SCM 2nd registration end this sun! should i join? tempting! haha but i dunno whether my left leg will have any different anot. tink i will go gym once i can walk abit to prevent my body from becoming weak =>

Anyway gettin better already. At first the left leg can withstand some weight but after all the treatment, any weight on it will be quite painful. Today i can stand on my left leg though still abit pain but is bearable.

Hope day 3 things will get better =) so i can go out on sat!

5 sept

Sprain my leg today =/ was quite a bad sprain but much thk to songpo and my chief who provide immediate medical aid. Lucky for me we are sport injury train therefore we noe tat we muz ice the place first and to elevate the leg to prevent blood from rushing to the area thus reduce the swelling.

anyway chief sent me to MO and the medic try to wrap my leg. he was quite surprise tat we noe icing and such. Anyway while he was bandaging my leg, songpo ask if the way he do was correct anot and turn out it was wrong. Once again skill learned by us came to good use.

Wait super long for the Mo to attend to me and he only use 1min to examine b4 deciding tat i need to be sent to NUH for an x-ray. Waited at NUH alone for like 1hr. Call my dad cuz wanted him to come fetch me home. Realise tat i had inform another person first instead of my family. lolx

anyway the doctor was quite young and sweet. She talk cock with me and than tell me tat there was no fracture, only a bad sprain. She give me 6day of mc and tell me tat she will refer me to a specialist cuz she see tat i am so sporty and tan so the specialist can see if there is any damage done to the ligament or tendon.

And so it began my 6 days of mc life.
